The role
Legora is scaling rapidly across markets, teams, and complexity. As the business grows, the demands on leadership, organizational design, performance, and culture grow alongside it. At this stage, building a strong and scalable people agenda becomes one of the company’s highest priorities and a critical enabler for sustainable growth.
As our Senior People Partner, you will act as the strategic owner of the people agenda for your business area. This is not a traditional HR support role. You will operate as a true thought partner and co-pilot to senior leadership, helping shape the organization as it scales while ensuring strong performance, accountability, and organizational health. You will work closely with senior leaders and C-level stakeholders, building a deep understanding of the business, its ambitions, risks, and capability gaps, while proactively identifying organizational challenges before they become systemic.
In this role, you sit at the intersection of business strategy and People execution. You will partner closely with Legora’s global Centers of Excellence — including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, People Programs, and People Data & Tech — ensuring that global frameworks translate into real impact within your client group. This role requires someone who can combine strategic clarity with operational depth and move comfortably between high-level organizational thinking and hands-on execution in moments that require leadership, structure, or decisive action.
What you will be doing
- Own the people strategy for your business area and translate business priorities into a forward-looking people agenda
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, team structure, and scaling decisions
- Build management capability by coaching leaders on performance, accountability, feedback, and leading through change
- Drive performance and calibration processes, ensuring consistency, high standards, and early intervention when needed
- Act as a strategic partner during periods of rapid growth, reorganizations, integrations, and organizational change
- Maintain a strong understanding of organizational health, culture, and engagement, proactively identifying risks and areas that require intervention
- Own and manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, restructurings, and employment law topics
- Partner with Compensation & Benefits on levelling, compensation reviews, and organizational consistency as the business scales
- Ensure governance, documentation standards, and operational rigor scale alongside the company’s growth
- Act as the key connection point between the business and the broader People organization, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and impactful execution

Who you are
- 10+ years as a senior HRBP or People Partner in a high-growth or scaling environment
- Proven track record as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior leadership, shaping decisions not just supporting them
- Deep experience across the full people agenda — org design, performance, leadership development, compensation, ER, and organisational change at scale
- Experienced in a COE model, operating as the strategic owner of a people agenda while drawing on specialist functions effectively
- Strong command of Swedish employment law, with the ability to navigate additional European markets as the business expands
- Structured, precise, and documentation-driven — you understand that rigour is what allows a business to move fast without accumulating risk
- Calm under pressure, decisive in ambiguity, and confident challenging senior stakeholders when the bar slips
- Genuinely motivated by building high-performance cultures — you understand that hiring bar, performance, and accountability are business priorities, not HR ones
