Senior People Specialist

Salesforce is seeking a Senior People Specialist to join their Employee Success team in Dublin, Ireland. This role will provide guidance and assistance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, recommend solutions for workplace concerns, and maintain accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with experience in HR policies and processes. While Salesforce utilizes AI in its recruiting process, this role is focused on HR functions, not AI development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide guidance and direction to employees and managers regarding company HR policies and procedures that champions the company’s vision, values and culture.
  2. Recommend effective solutions for addressing workplace concerns and escalate as applicable to Employee Relations Managers for further investigation.
  3. Support business partners on employee inquiries by interpreting policies and providing consistent practices
  4. Maintain accurate, timely, and required documentation of activities to ensure quality employee records and metrics.
  5. Collaborates with other centers of excellence such as Employee Relations, Benefits, and Talent Development.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience consulting on human resources policies and processes with employees and managers
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
  • Ability to manage a high volume of employee cases
  • Experience applying company policies and procedures
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
  • Strong professional verbal and written communications

Nice to have

  • Prior experience as an HR Generalist ideal
  • Prior experience in a centralized HR department or shared services organization preferred
  • Experience with case management systems and Workday preferred.
