This role is for a Senior Performance Manager on the advertising demand team at Unity. The primary focus is on driving user acquisition (UA) efforts for mobile app clients by optimizing performance marketing spend and maximizing return on investment. The role involves analyzing campaign performance, generating insights from data, collaborating with clients on best practices, resolving optimization challenges, and gathering feedback for product enhancement. It requires strong analytical skills, experience in mobile advertising/gaming UA, and fluency in Mandarin and English.

What you'd actually do

  1. Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Utilize advanced BI tools to extract data from large-scale data warehouses and employ data visualization tools to effectively communicate business insights.
  2. Collaborate with clients to ensure their campaign settings follow best practices, and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations for growth and performance optimization.
  3. Address and resolve daily campaign optimization challenges, ensuring performance-related issues are promptly identified and effectively managed in collaboration with advertisers.
  4. Gather and consolidate advertiser feedback, working closely with the Product team to enhance the overall product experience and usability.
  5. Partner with internal cross-functional teams—including Sales/AM, Product Development, Engineering, Ad Support, and Product Marketing—to align priorities and execute business objectives effectively.

Skills

Required

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English
  • 3-5 years of experience in User Acquisition (UA) within the gaming industry or mobile advertising sector
  • Strong analytical skill
