Seeking a Senior Physical Security Systems Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise physical security technologies including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and LPR. The role involves architecture and engineering for cloud-managed systems and identity integrations (SSO, SCIM, RBAC), network design for security devices, and collaboration with network engineers. Requires 7+ years of experience, strong IP networking fundamentals, and IAM knowledge.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and engineer enterprise-wide physical security systems including: Video Surveillance (IP-based camera systems), Access Control (cloud and on-prem), Intrusion Detection & Alarm Systems, License Plate Recognition (LPR), Intercom and Visitor Management Systems
  2. Architect and manage Security System environments (cameras, access control, sensors, intercoms).
  3. Support integrations for: SSO (Single Sign-On), SCIM user provisioning, Role-based access control (RBAC), Conditional Access policies
  4. Ensure system scalability for multi-site/global deployments.
  5. Design secure PoE and network topology for cameras and controllers.

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or similar environments
  • Knowledge of network design and function
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and cloud environments
  • Certifications in Lenel, Verkada, CCure, Genetec and Avigilon
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
