Senior Product Manager, Technical (PMT) to define Amazon's integration strategy and customer experience vision for agentic platforms. This role involves pioneering new ways for customers to discover and shop through AI-driven platforms, building foundational capabilities, and collaborating closely with engineering teams on LLM and generative AI integrations. The PMT will translate product strategies into technical requirements, lead stakeholder discussions, own the end-to-end customer experience, and mentor other product managers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Shape the future of Amazon's presence across agentic platforms as the principal product leader defining our integration strategy and customer experience vision.
  2. In this role, you'll pioneer new ways for customers to discover and shop Amazon's selection through emerging AI-driven platforms, while building the foundational capabilities that will scale across future opportunities.
  3. As the Senior PMT, you'll operate at both strategic and tactical levels, defining the long-term vision for Amazon's integration with agentic platforms while driving day-to-day execution.
  4. Working closely with engineering teams, you'll translate these strategies into clear technical requirements and roadmaps.
  5. You'll lead complex stakeholder discussions with both internal teams (Search, Personalization, Retail) and external platform partners, driving alignment on integration approaches and customer experience standards.

  • Bachelor's degree
