What you'd actually do

  1. Define and operationalize the Finance Transformation portfolio governance model to align initiatives with enterprise strategic priorities.
  2. Manage the end-to-end transformation portfolio, ensuring initiatives are properly scoped, resourced, sequenced, and measured.
  3. Partner with Finance, Technology, and Transformation Excellence leadership to continuously refine portfolio priorities and optimize investments for maximum impact.
  4. Oversee delivery for the finance portion of the Hire to Retire portfolio, providing leadership and integration across initiatives that impact finance operations, systems, and processes.
  5. Partner with Finance Organizations, Change Management, and Process Ownership teams to measure realized value and adoption of transformation outcomes.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in Transformation, Program Management, or Portfolio Management within large, global organizations.
  • Proven success leading enterprise portfolios or major cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, systems, and enterprise transformation dynamics.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
