This role focuses on defining, implementing, and driving the adoption of AI-powered capabilities to proactively detect and address customer issues within Autodesk's Predictive Support pillar. The Senior Principal Predictive Insights Specialist will own outcomes end-to-end, from design to ongoing operation, acting as a horizontal intelligence layer and influencing strategy through domain expertise and stakeholder coordination.

  8. Engage stakeholders at the appropriate level, pushing decisions down when possible and escalating only when necessary.
  9. Provide requirements clarity, domain context, and ongoing partnership, ensuring the right things get built in your capability area while collaborating with and complementing the work of the rest of the team.
  10. Use insights from your capability area to inform CSI direction and pillar-level discussions where they have broader relevance.
