Senior / Principal Product Manager - Workday AI

Product Manager role focused on the delivery of AI-powered agents, either customer-facing or building the underlying infrastructure and frameworks for Workday's application teams. The role involves experimentation, innovation, development, iteration, and scaling of these agents, requiring close collaboration with domain-specific Product Managers to maximize technological impact and drive business value.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and ship state of the art AI capabilities or infrastructure
  2. Identify highest impact, highest ROI opportunities for AI at Workday, advocate for them within the org, and build or enable other teams to build these capabilities.
  3. Interface with customers to validate our solutions, execute discovery work and ensure we are prioritizing the right customer problems
  4. Be the product champion externally, and voice of the customer internally
  5. Lead through influence and apply strategic understanding of the company's big picture, articulating a compelling vision for AI agents and their role in evolving our customers' workdays.

Skills

Required

  • 11+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years of experience with SaaS/B2B
  • Technically proficient (even if not a coder) with AI and LLM-powered technology
  • Experience managing stakeholders and working collaboratively and cross functionally with a product portfolio
  • Experience bringing new product offerings to market
  • Steadfast focus on user-centric design, data, research, and well-honed judgment
  • Bias for decisions and actions and comfortable making big decisions on the minimal amount of information needed for it.
  • Ability to operate successfully across multiple functions, influence senior executives and peers alike, and mediate across various partners
  • Good communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal
