  3. Talk to real developers (internal and external) to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and model failure cases.
  4. Define model eval standards across languages, tooling coverage, complexity, and correctness (e.g., unit/test frameworks, fuzzing, static analysis).
  5. Work closely with research, engineering, and eval teams to drive model improvements with measurable impact.
