This role is for a Senior Principal Technology Consultant specializing in ServiceNow's Risk & Resilience products. The consultant will act as a functional and technical expert, configuring the platform to meet customer business outcomes, advising on best practices, and developing solutions including integrations and workspace components. The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, strong configuration and development skills, and the ability to influence customer stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop solutions for our customers through technical configuration of the Risk & Resilience products
  2. Be the technical expert in how to configure best and implement the Risk and Resiliency product portfolio using ServiceNow leading practices focused on configuration vs. customization
  3. Advise customers in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow Risk solutions’ standard capabilities in their efforts to improve their Risk processes
  4. Participate in customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Risk solution technology
  5. Drafting more technically-focused user stories, their acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and knowledge transfer while supporting customers in reviewing and approving them

Skills

Required

  • ServiceNow configuration/development experience
  • ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) configuration/development experience
  • ServiceNow scripting and Glide Scripting
  • Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.)
  • SaaS technologies
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist in Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)

Nice to have
