You will be responsible for development of SoIC Assembly process & material for NVIDIA's next generation products as part of the Advanced Technology Group (ATG).

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead SoIC assembly tool & process development for NVIDIA’s next generation SoIC products and platforms.
- Responsible for building & deploying high volume SoIC/CoWoS assembly tool and qualifying SoIC/CoWoS assembly line for scale up of Nvidia’s SoIC products and platforms.
- Responsible for defining tool architecture, tool features and functions, develop stable processes for SoIC on CoWoS platforms, define assembly flow and own assembly quality and reliability.
- Work closely with Fab and assembly OSATs deploy and qualify SoIC with CoWoS process across high volume manufacturing.
- Work closely with internal design, fabrication and packaging cross-functional teams to develop new assembly requirements, assembly flows, help with design of different test structures, share data, and lead new assembly processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in assembly yield and assembly quality/reliability.
What we need to see:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or related fields with equivalent experience.
- 7+ years SoIC or CoWoS experience.
- Strong background & experience in SoIC design, SoIC process, fabrication, test, CoWoS and assembly.
- Hands-on experience in SoIC development, especially SoIC with CoWoS process, building and qualifying SoIC/CoWoS assembly process and analyzing assembly data.
- Strong statistical analysis skills – ability to use data visualization techniques to deliver assembly data analysis and optimizing manufacturing techniques
- Understanding of quality control, statistical process control and DOE techniques
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Experience in SoIC design or fabrication, including familiarity with CoWoS structure
- Solid understanding of AutoCad, or other software tools
- Mechanical simulation software like Ansys mechanical.
