This role is for a Senior Procurement Analyst at Vanta, a company focused on security and trust management. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with internal teams to understand their needs, guide purchasing decisions, lead negotiations, and help them make informed choices
  2. Lead vendor engagements from early conversations through signed contracts
  3. Use data and past deals to drive fair pricing while building strong, long-term vendor relationships
  4. Build and improve simple, scalable processes that help teams move quickly and make good decisions
  5. Own and improve the end-to-end procure-to-pay process so it runs smoothly at scale

Skills

Required

  • 4 – 7 years of experience in procurement or procurement operations, ideally at a software or B2B technology company
  • Strong experience negotiating vendor contracts, including both commercial terms and legal considerations
  • Experience with tools like Zip, Ramp, and Navan, or similar procurement and expense management platforms
  • Solid understanding of third-party risk, vendor lifecycle management, and procure-to-pay processes
  • Experience building and improving processes in fast-growing companies
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and solving complex, sometimes ambiguous problems
