This role is for a Senior Product Analyst at Moveworks, an Agentic AI Assistant platform. The role focuses on integrating with third-party enterprise platforms (ITSM, ERP, CRM, HRIS, IGA) by understanding APIs and enterprise platform paradigms. The analyst will help define integration strategy, build stakeholder experience products, and support engineering and deployment teams. While the company heavily utilizes AI (LLMs, Agentic AI), this specific role is product-focused on integrations and platform strategy, not directly building or researching AI models. The company's product is an AI platform, hence the AI score of 5.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build out the Moveworks 3rd party Integration strategy including playing a key role in investigating, planning and executing on new 3rd party Integrations such as ITSM, ERP, CRM, HRIS, IGA platforms.
  2. Build out Stakeholder experience products to gain visibility and control of the Moveworks Platform
  3. You will inspire & support engineering teams to achieve their goals through collaborative goal setting, project definition, milestone development, and tactical support throughout the project
  4. You will ensure our designers deeply understand customer pain and can test their ideas rapidly
  5. You will support our deployment team in helping customers realize product value quickly

Skills

Required

  • 3-6 years experience in a technical role
  • 2+ years experience working with and building product leveraging other product APIs
  • Proven track record of taking ownership of product goals and delivering against them
  • Sound framework for when to iterate, when to discard, and when to scale products
  • Technical and domain experience delivering scalable distributed software on the cloud
  • Ability to create product specs that identify problems, opportunity, goals, metrics, as well as, use cases and product requirements
