This role is for a Senior Product Analyst on the Sales & Partner Technology team at Okta. The primary focus is on empowering Okta's global ecosystem of channel partners, distributors, and system integrators by designing, implementing, and optimizing digital experiences and systems. The role involves requirements gathering, solution design collaboration, system integrations (especially with Salesforce and Okta's Partner Portal), data management, reporting, and quality assurance. While the company is focused on securing AI, this specific role is not directly building AI models or systems but rather supporting the infrastructure and tools for partners who engage with Okta's solutions, which include AI-related offerings.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work closely with the Global Partner Program and Strategy team, Partner Operations team to understand their requirements and challenges, translating them into detailed and actionable user stories.
  2. Collaborate with developers and administrators to facilitate design, configure, and enhance digital interfaces, self-service tools, and solutions that empower the partner sales ecosystem.
  3. Partner extensively with Global Partner Program and Strategy and Partner Ops teams to design and enhance platforms that support Direct and Channel Sales teams.
  4. Collaborate with technical teams to own Out of the Box configurations & integrations between Salesforce, Okta’s Partner Portal, partner portal tenant, and other cross-functional downstream systems to ensure a seamless data flow (ex. partner account and contact, accreditation and certification, partner badges, program benefit administration, and partner program performance, etc.).
  5. Manage and configure integrations between Salesforce, Okta Partner Portal, and downstream systems to maintain seamless data synchronization. Serve as the functional lead for automating workflows related to partner accounts, certifications, deal registration, and pipeline visibility.
