What you'd actually do

  1. Define and deliver AI agentic experiences for learning, mapped to segment-specific outcomes
  2. Build and manage AI agents that generate learning content in multiple formats
  3. Benchmark and evaluate emerging AI technologies to identify opportunities for business impact
  4. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI solutions, from strategy and onboarding to implementation and scaling
  5. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify functional gaps and prioritize AI use cases

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of product management or project management experience, with a focus on technology or AI-driven products
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI
  • Proven experience benchmarking, onboarding, and scaling new technologies in a large organization
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear technical documentation and process guides
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-phase projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

  • Experience with AI coaching, conversational agents, or enterprise AI implementations
  • Background in technology consulting, digital transformation, or innovation labs
  • Knowledge of compliance, governance, and ethical considerations in AI
