What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with the Product Manager & Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  2. Supports the completion of coordination and testing activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  3. Raise blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  4. Drafts and documents detailed epics and stories in collaboration with the Product Manager, ensuring alignment with project objectives
  5. Communicates delivery capacity to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understand of roles, responsibilities and timelines

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project plans, updates, and requirements to diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their engagement and support.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving project goals.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Align, Microsoft Excel, Confluence, SharePoint, AI Agents) to effectively manage and track project progress
