Senior Product Associate - HR Core Data

This role is a Senior Product Associate within the HR Core Data team at JPMorgan Chase. The primary focus is on supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Core HR module of Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud (HCM). Responsibilities include contributing to product vision and strategy, supporting discovery and research, roadmap maintenance, tracking success metrics, and partnering with engineering and operations. The role emphasizes data management best practices, accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance. While the team partners with AI & Research, this role itself is not directly building or deploying AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to the product vision and strategy that delivers measurable value to customers.

  4. Track and report key success metrics (e.g., cost, features, risk posture, reliability) to inform decisions and trade-offs.
  5. Partner with engineering, operations, and leaders to align on outcome based priorities and execution plans.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience (or equivalent) in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Working knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to contribute across the product life cycle including discovery, ideation, strategy, and value management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Data management skills, with a focus on accuracy and security.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to agile methodologies and tools; experience working in high‑functioning scrum teams.
