Senior Product Associate role focused on developing and optimizing payment products, specifically secure file transmission solutions. What you'd actually do

  1. Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned to customer value, business goals, and measurable OKRs; translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and resourcing plan.
  2. Monitor the end to end transaction journey from file receipt through clearing, focusing on scalability, resiliency, stability, and observability.
  3. Incubate and launch new connectivity capabilities (ISO 20022, SWIFT, H2H file exchange) using hypothesis‑driven, iterative development and experimentation frameworks.
  4. Partner across engineering, architecture, data science, finance, accounting, design, and controls to turn business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
  5. Establish clear rollout and change‑management strategies (beta programs, phased enablement, training, client comms) to ensure successful launches and ongoing customer adoption.

  • Analytics and Tooling: Proficiency with Tableau and Grafana for KPI dashboards; familiarity with enterprise logging/metrics/tracing and operational runbooks.
