What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the Product Manager to plan and execute delivery, including intake, prioritization support, sequencing, and release readiness.
  2. Drive end-to-end delivery for assigned initiatives (intake, planning, execution, validation, and scaling recommendations).
  3. Coordinate change management activities (communications, training, rollout readiness, and adoption tracking) across functional partners.
  4. Monitor and support adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  5. Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate blockers, risks, and dependencies, and drive alignment on mitigation plans and owners.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in product delivery, project/program management, product operations, product management, or relevant domain.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery and change readiness across multiple initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • High ownership mindset with excellent time management, attention to detail, and accountability for high-quality outcomes.
