Senior Product Design

UiPath UiPath · Enterprise · Manchester, United Kingdom · Product

This role is for a Senior Product Designer at UiPath, focusing on agentic Supply Chain solutions. The designer will shape user experiences for understanding, trusting, and adopting agent-driven workflows, translating complex operational realities into clear, dependable experiences. They will collaborate with AI/ML experts, Supply Chain SMEs, Product, and Engineering, owning UX architecture and driving design quality from discovery to production. The role emphasizes designing for agentic and data-heavy experiences that ensure transparency, control, and safe automation in enterprise environments, using AI-assisted exploration and rapid prototyping.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own design direction for your solution area, balancing customer needs, delivery realities, and the product’s longer-term trajectory. Translate intent into clear UX architecture, flows, and patterns.
  2. Partner closely with Product Managers to clarify user problems and outcomes, explore multiple directions early, and ground decisions in customer evidence and real-world signals.
  3. Work side by side with Engineering to reduce the gap between design and implementation. Prototype at the right fidelity to de-risk build, and ensure what ships matches the intent.
  4. Design end-to-end journeys across complex Supply Chain workflows, connecting features into cohesive experiences across the UiPath platform, not isolated screens.
  5. Design for agentic and data-heavy experiences that users can trust: transparency, control, exceptions, approvals, governance, and safe automation in enterprise environments.

Skills

  • Clear communicator and storyteller. You can explain rationale, align stakeholders, and influence decisions through evidence, prototypes, and crisp narratives.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing data-rich and/or AI-enabled products, including an understanding of how confidence, uncertainty, and trust shape user experience (nice-to-have, not mandatory).
  • A practical, modern approach to design: comfortable using rapid prototyping and AI-assisted exploration alongside more traditional methods to learn quickly.
