What you'd actually do

  1. Own the design of business-critical customer journeys, including the pricing page, in-product checkout, and self-serve expansion experiences.
  2. Embrace a rapid prototyping mindset, shipping designs quickly to learn from user interactions and iterate based on data-driven feedback.
  3. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Content Designers to turn ideas into real, usable experiences.
  4. Drive experimentation and funnel optimization to reduce friction in the 'trial-to-paid' journey.
  5. Partner with cross-functional leadership to balance design ideals with technical feasibility and aggressive business timelines.
