Senior Product Designer, Agentforce for Service

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design workstreams for Agentforce for Service. The role involves defining and communicating design strategies, translating requirements into user-centered solutions, and driving a culture of craft with consumer-grade design for enterprise workflows. The designer will partner with Product and Engineering, synthesize research, and influence stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner to define design strategies for Agentforce. You will translate requirements into flows, artifacts, and prototypes that deliver intuitive, user-centered solutions.
  2. Drive a culture of craft, bringing consumer-grade design and high-fidelity execution to enterprise workflows. You will relentlessly simplify complex systems, leveraging modern design patterns and emerging technologies to set a new global benchmark for UX quality.
  3. Uphold and evolve design standards by aligning to Design system patterns, while identifying opportunities to improve UI, motion, consistency, scalability, or reuse across the Salesforce portfolio.
  4. Partner to develop and synthesize insights and user feedback into artifacts like experience maps, workflows, or journey narratives that inform product direction and clarify user experience on a rapid iterative loop.
  5. Act as a strategic peer to Product and Engineering partners to influence direction. Collaborate confidently to shape design scope, aligning on goals that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.

Skills

Required

  • 7–10+ years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams from start to finish.
  • Deep understanding of AI and AI tools and their applications in workflow
  • Mastery of user-centered design methods and best practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading process improvement efforts and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Power to influence others and build consensus, driving team-level alignment and planning.
  • Experience working in design systems
  • Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Figmamake, and Cursor.
  • BA/BS or MA/MS in a design-related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM or enterprise software.
