Senior Product Designer, AI Builders

Cresta Cresta · Vertical AI · United States · Remote · Product

Product Designer role focused on creating tools (AI Builders) that allow customers to design, configure, test, and deploy AI agents and workflows. The role involves translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences for both technical and non-technical users, focusing on end-to-end flows and balancing agentic and deterministic workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. You’ll turn the complexity of AI and business logic into builder experiences that feel intuitive and self-serve, for both technical users (developers) and non-technical ones (business operators)
  2. You’ll pair vibe coding/design with your engineer and designer partners to spin off builder concepts and iterate them into polished, production-ready experiences
  3. You’ll partner with PMs and tech leads to define problem spaces, north‑star experiences, and iterative milestones
  4. You’ll run discovery and evaluative research with our users – interviews, workflow walkthroughs, usability tests, and competitive analysis, to understand how they work today and where AI can meaningfully help.
  5. You’ll collaborate closely with PMs, MLEs, FDE/FDPMs, Customer Success, and Marketing teams across the organization.

  • Portfolio showcasing simple and elegant design solutions to complex problems, with a focus on end‑to‑end flows rather than isolated screens
  • Strong product thinking + a blend of UX disciplines (interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and user research)

Nice to have

  • Curious, adaptable, and a quick learner who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
