What you'd actually do

  1. Drive and execute an ambitious product design strategy for your team ensuring a meaningful impact on both user experience and business outcomes.
  2. Bring a systems-thinking lens to the conversation and connect the dots between user insights and business goals to create experiences that keep millions of customers safe every day.
  3. Drive impact by framing problems and exploring solutions in collaboration with user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science to deliver best in class experiences. You will have the opportunity to lead through influence.
  4. Design end-to-end flows that involve multiple personas – IT Admin, Security admins, End-user – and consider complex use cases that span the Okta portfolio ensuring that every user of Okta can do their work efficiently while staying secure.
  5. Ensure a cohesive, responsive experience across all form factors (desktop, mobile web, and dedicated applications), rigorously applying platform-specific design patterns and accessibility standards.
