Senior Product Designer for the CRM Sales group at monday.com, focusing on designing end-to-end Agentic experiences for revenue teams. The role involves leveraging AI tools and workflows to create impactful features for both desktop and mobile platforms, collaborating with product managers and engineers, and contributing to the company's design culture.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conceptualize, define and ship end-to-end Agentic experiences that serve our customers' Jobs to Be Done, both on Mobile and Desktop.
  2. Optimize your own impact by adopting new AI tools, workflows and methodologies, and champion the shift of how we work.
  3. Collaborate with peer designers and take full ownership of end to end features —from ideation and discovery through to polished execution.
  4. Partner closely with Product and Engineering leads to define strategic priorities and roadmaps for your domain / team.
  5. Partner with UX Research to test, iterate and validate your ideas with real users.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of product design experience
  • High AI fluency and proven track record working with Vibe Coding tools, Coding Agents and shipping experiences to production.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products and features that drove real impact, both for Desktop and Mobile.
  • Exceptional interaction and visual design skills with high attention to details.
  • Experience working with and leveraging an existing Design System.
  • Strong system design skills and ability to envision how interactions come together to generate holistic and consistent experiences, translated to multiple platforms and devices.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Ability to validate and iterate designs through research, experimentation, and live usage data
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a team-first mindset.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
