  4. Design for Impact: Identify high-value opportunities to improve how our engineers work, using a mix of user feedback, technical insights, and design intuition to prioritize your efforts.
  5. Promote "Paved Paths": Design smart defaults and guided experiences that reduce cognitive load, helping users move quickly and safely without needing to be experts in the underlying infrastructure.
