  3. Creates high-fidelity UI prototypes that push aesthetics, animation, and visual quality beyond what manual craft alone allows.
  4. Automates handoffs to engineering via Figma or vibecoded prototypes built with Claude Code or Cursor.
  5. Conduct user research to gain deep insights into user behaviors, pain points, and needs in the collaboration space.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on collaboration or communication products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successfully designing and launching impactful collaboration experiences.
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Origami.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate user insights into innovative design solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Fluent with AI tools in your day-to-day design practice.
  • You have hands-on familiarity with agentic coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor and use them to move faster, & produce higher quality work.
