Senior Product Designer focused on GenAI ad formats for Netflix's ad-supported tier. This role involves leading the design and execution of consumer ad experiences, building GenAI-powered pipelines for creative fulfillment and personalization, and identifying future ad strategies using AI-powered insights. The designer will collaborate with engineering and data science to create scalable, intelligent systems and prototype new AI-driven ad experiences.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the design and execution of Netflix's ads consumer experiences across a variety of surfaces, using AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and iteration.
  2. Build and contribute to GenAI-powered pipelines that scale creative fulfillment and personalization across all ad formats, partnering with engineering and data science to move from one-off executions to intelligent, repeatable systems that serve members and advertisers at Netflix scale.
  3. Identify, research, and drive the future of our ads experiences strategy, leveraging AI-powered insights and experimentation to inform decisions.
  4. Design and enable an industry-leading advertising privacy and regulatory experience for Netflix members.
  5. Establish principles that ensure a best-in-class advertising experience across multiple content types, with a forward-looking perspective on how AI is reshaping the ads landscape.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years as a Product Designer (or equivalent experience) in the consumer product space, leading high-impact initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI-native design practices, including the use of generative AI tools, AI-assisted prototyping, and data-informed design workflows.
  • Experience working on privacy and regulatory experiences.
  • Strong understanding of advertising best practices and industry trends for ads on TV and web, including emerging AI-driven ad formats and personalization.
