Senior Product Designer for a Growth team at Lattice, a people platform. The role focuses on improving user activation and engagement through hypothesis-driven experimentation and iteration. The designer will work with existing design systems and create new experiences, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and data science. A key aspect is the willingness to experiment with and leverage AI tooling to enhance the design process and product development.

What you'd actually do

  1. help more managers and employees get real value from Lattice’s core workflows
  2. focus on reducing friction, building habits, and helping people successfully complete everyday work, like prepping for 1:1s, giving feedback, or writing weekly updates
  3. scope experiments, design quickly, and then drive iteration towards a final solution based on data
  4. working with designers across Lattice to ensure your solutions fit seamlessly into their product surfaces

  • 3 to 5+ years experience working on a product growth team
  • forming customer-centric hypotheses
