Senior Product Designer for the Growth team, focusing on increasing user discovery and engagement with new products like the AI Notetaker and contact management experience. The role involves designing hypothesis-driven experiences, leveraging data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design hypothesis-driven experiences focused on understanding and improving activation funnels across the product
  2. Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to understand user habits and needs
  3. Drive discovery work to uncover hidden insights on user behavior
  4. Partner with designers, product managers, engineers, content designers, design systems, and researchers to improve and refine the Calendly experience
  5. Effectively communicating your design approach with strong storytelling, to inspire and align the cross-functional team to move in new directions

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years building and delivering experiences for digital products in product-led B2B or B2C companies
  • 2+ years defining and designing growth experiments focused on different parts of the user funnel
  • A strong portfolio of design work that delivers customer and business value
  • Expert design storytelling with an ability to communicate design solutions to leaders and peers
  • Values being an active member of our design team, collaborating with a team of designers, including partnering on design work, providing feedback, sharing expertise, and mentoring
  • A demonstrated understanding of the levers that balance business goals, team processes, and user needs
