Senior Product Designer, Ros

Roblox Roblox · Consumer · San Mateo, CA · UI/UX

Senior Product Designer for Roblox's internal operating system (ROS) team, focusing on designing intelligent, integrated platforms and self-service tools. The role involves pioneering intuitive tools and AI-assisted workflows for massive data analytics, knowledge discovery, and open platform integrations. The designer will partner with PMs and engineers to translate technical needs into elegant user experiences, reducing cognitive load through agentic workflows and AI enablement initiatives. Emphasis is placed on design craft for enterprise tools, user trust in AI, and designing for agentic workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Transform the Builder Experience: Lead end to end UX for core productivity and collaboration surfaces, reviving critical but under supported initiatives to significantly reduce coordination overhead and friction across day to day workflows.
  2. Unify the internal ecosystem: Evaluate and elevate a fragmented landscape of internal tools, creating tighter and more intuitive connections between work tracking, growth and performance workflows, and knowledge discovery to shape a cohesive platform that teams genuinely enjoy using.
  3. Bridge design and engineering: Collaborate closely with product leaders across multiple domains and with backend engineering partners, navigating complex technical and data constraints while consistently protecting experience quality and design integrity.
  4. Set the gold standard for craft: Own high visibility analytics and leadership facing experiences while scaling a global data visualization component library, turning dense operational signals into clear and actionable insight and demonstrating that internal tools deserve refined, consumer level polish.
