We are looking for a self-motivated Senior Product Engineer to be located in Vietnam. Have excellent consumer or enterprise board level product engineering and manufacturing knowledge/experience. To help in supporting the fast-growing NV product manufacturing globally.
What you will be doing:
- Identify and address recurring or long-standing manufacturing issues through comprehensive root cause analysis.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve persistent production problems.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions and workshops to gather cross-functional input and develop effective solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to ensure long-term success.
- Document and share best practices and lessons learned to prevent future issues.
- Provide expert guidance and support to teams dealing with complex manufacturing challenges.
- Regularly review and update processes to reflect changes and improvements.
- Conduct detailed failure analysis for board-level components to determine the root cause of defects and performance issues.
What we need to see:
- BS or MS in EE, CE, Systems Engineering or Engineering Science/Physics
- 5+ years’ experience in backend product manufacturing experiences of consumer or enterprise board level product
- Proven experience in manufacturing continuous improvement, particularly at the board level.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership and project management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in board-level failure analysis and troubleshooting.

- Advanced knowledge in failure analysis methodologies and tools.
- Proven track record of resolving complex manufacturing issues and implementing robust corrective actions.
