Responsibilities
- Anticipates customers’ unmet needs and market opportunities for enhancements to Entra Identity Protection and Conditional Access.
- Demonstrates and builds enterprise-grade product experiences across team & divisional boundaries.
- Influences and drives engagement with cross-functional internal partnerships, external partners, including early adopting customers, senior leadership, and other key stakeholders to gather input and garner support for product plans and roadmap.
- Ensure alignment between the roadmap with the team’s Objective & Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. .
Preferred Requirements:
- Cybersecurity and / or identity product experience preferred.
- Track record of going technically deep and quickly ramping up on new technologies.
- Desirable to have experience using Generative AI tools to improve product development & product experiences.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800.00 - $234,700.00 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200.00 - $261,000.00 per year.
