Senior Growth Product Manager for Superhuman (which includes Grammarly), an AI productivity platform. The role focuses on owning and improving conversion across the user funnel (visitor to signup, signup to activated, activated to engaged) by shipping experiments, optimizing funnels, and building product experiences. The PM will work with engineering, data science, and marketing to drive growth metrics.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and improve conversion across key stages of the user funnel—from visitor to signup, signup to activated user, and activated to fully engaged user
  2. Identify growth opportunities through quantitative analysis and qualitative research, then prioritize based on expected impact
  3. Design and run a rigorous experimentation program: form hypotheses, define success metrics, ship tests, analyze results, and iterate
  4. Optimize onboarding, signup flows, landing pages, and in-product experiences to accelerate time-to-value for new users
  5. Collaborate with engineering to scope, build, and ship growth features at a high cadence

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • at least 2 years focused on growth, funnel optimization, or experimentation in a consumer or SaaS product
  • Track record of improving growth metrics through experimentation
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Deep understanding of the user acquisition, activation, and conversion funnels
  • Experience running a structured experimentation program
  • Effective collaborator
  • Clear and concise communicator
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with SQL or a similar query language is an advantage
