Senior Product Manager role focused on managing and growing a major loyalty program for a banking client. Responsibilities include program strategy, roadmap, execution, offer management, customer data analysis for optimization, stakeholder alignment, and governance. What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the loyalty programme , ensuring seamless daily operations and delivery against defined KPIs and success metrics.
  2. Align stakeholders on performance, optimisation of the program, sequencing initiatives and the strategic roadmap.
  3. Define the offer strategy and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a pipeline of offers that meet customer needs.
  4. Use customer data to identify behavioural trends and priority segments. Translate insights into targeted optimisations (offers, mechanics, journeys), track impact, and iterate to lift engagement and ROI.
  5. Lead governance forums (e.g., steering, WIP, risk reviews) that drive transparency, decision making, and accountability across stakeholders.
