This role is a hands-on product leadership role responsible for defining and delivering AI-powered solutions across live streaming moderation, VOC analytics and cross platform conversational AI products. This role will own the product lifecycle management and drive execution for AI systems that protect brand integrity in social commerce environments while transforming customer feedback into actionable business intelligence. Working under the assumption that the product can be scalable across platforms and countries, ensuring alignment between local market needs and global scalability.
Description
You will lead the end-to-end product development of AI moderation tools for live streaming commerce and VOC intelligence platforms that analyze customer sentiment, feedback, and behavioral signals across digital touchpoints. The role demands a strong technical understanding of AI capabilities, deep familiarity with APAC social commerce ecosystems, and the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clearly defined product requirements. You will work closely with engineering teams, digital experience, customer care team to ship products that balance automation with human oversight.
Key Responsibilities: Own and prioritize the product backlog for live streaming AI moderation, VOC AI products and potential other AI products across multiple APAC markets. Define product requirements and acceptance criteria for AI models, moderation workflows, and customer analytics dashboards. Collaborate with regional teams (CN, RPAC, etc) to gather market-specific requirements and validate product-market fit. Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating AI capabilities into tangible business value.
Responsibilities
Product strategy and roadmap: define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI moderation and VOC products; align with APAC leadership and global teams on prioritization and resource allocation. Backlog management and execution: own and maintain prioritized backlogs; write detailed use stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements; lead sprint planning, grooming and review ceremonies with engineering teams. Live streaming AI moderation: design and iterate on real-time content moderation systems for live commerce, including automated risk detection, policy enforcement workflows, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths. Voice of Customer Product Development: build AI-driven analytics products that aggregate, classify and extract insights from customer feedback across chat, reviews, and social channels; deliver actionable dashboards and alerts to business stakeholders. Cross-platform AI expansion: identify opportunities to extend AI moderation and VOC capabilities to additional channels and markets; define integration requirements and platform APIs. Ability to catch the market trends and best practices to recommend the ideal technical solutions. Stakeholder management: partner with legal, privacy legal, digital experience, customer care teams to ensure moderation places and VOC insights align with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience working within a product, project, or program management role. Proven track record of working with engineering teams to ship AI-powered products in contact center, e-commerce systems and technologies. Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of an organization, whether with a peer or senior/exec level leadership. Majored in Computer Science, Engineering, Data science, Business or related field. Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in building products for live streaming or short-video platforms (e.g., TikTok, Douyin, Taobao) Background in VOC, customer experience analytics, or social listening platforms like Sprinklr, Medallia etc. Experience with content moderation, or compliance-related product development. Strong understanding of NLP, sentiment analysis, and classification models. Familiarity with multi-model AI systems (text, image, etc.) and real-time streaming infrastructure. Experience working in a platform or shared services model, serving multiple regional teams with configurable solutions. Knowledge of APAC regulatory landscapes related to content moderation, data privacy and AI governance. MBA or advanced degree in a technical or business discipline.
