Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for transforming manufacturing workflows into Agentic AI systems. This role involves close collaboration with AI/ML engineers and software engineers to build impactful, intelligent software products, focusing on user research and data analysis to drive product decisions and iterative improvements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to the product vision & strategy.
  2. Analyze use cases, craft user stories, and effectively communicate requirements to design and engineering teams.
  3. Work with team to define and prioritize a strategic roadmap, breaking down ambitious objectives into iterative milestones that align business goals, user value, and stakeholder priorities.
  4. Translate a deep empathy for user pain points into delightful, high-quality product experiences.
  5. Present and communicate product decisions, roadmaps, and long-term goals to the product team, stakeholder groups, and organizational leadership.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of industry experience on software product teams (Product, Design, or Engineering), including at least 5+ years specifically in Product Management.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
  • User-Centric mindset, and the demonstrated ability to define and build intentional product processes that are shared cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and effectively communicate a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and the ability to inspire the product team to execute upon these artifacts.
  • Demonstrated use of user research, usability studies, analytics and data to drive business decisions and prioritize, as well as the ability to distill this work quickly into impactful decisions that move the team and product forward.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with AI/ML engineers, software engineers, and designers, engage in thoughtful and respectful debate, and prioritize among competing needs.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity using AI tools for rapid prototyping, including building or integrating autonomous code generation, secure code execution environments (sandboxes), and AI-driven software engineering workflows.
  • Familiar with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, and understand how to match real-world problems with the right technologies.
  • Familiar with manufacturing processes, consumer product design, and mechanical engineering.
  • Prior experience integrating AI systems into legacy enterprise systems, hardware manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial engineering data environments.
