Senior Product Manager for Project Opal, focused on defining and building autonomous AI agents for multi-step workflows within M365. The role involves understanding customer needs, defining product strategy, and partnering with engineering and research to ship AI-powered work solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities where AI can fundamentally change how work gets done.
  2. Define product strategy, priorities, and roadmap for key areas of Project Opal.
  3. Translate customer needs, product intuition, and emerging AI capabilities into product investments that deliver meaningful value.
  4. Prototype ideas, validate assumptions, and accelerate learning through experimentation and direct customer feedback.
  5. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Research to build and ship new product experiences.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
  • 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market
  • 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market

  • Experience using AI tools to prototype ideas, validate concepts, and accelerate product development.
