Senior Product Manager to define and drive the vision for a solution area that will help leaders navigate workforce transformation in an AI-powered world. The role involves owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap planning to feature development and launch, leveraging deep customer insights and market analysis to shape experiences that optimize team structures, align talent with business goals, and improve organizational health. This role requires cross-functional leadership with engineering, marketing, sales, and finance, ensuring alignment on priorities and trade-offs while delivering measurable business outcomes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define the product vision and strategy by leveraging a deep understanding of the customer experience and competitive market.
  2. Define features and partnerships to achieve the vision and goals for specific products or sets of features, from product definition and planning through development, release, and end of life.
  3. Provide central, cross-functional leadership for the product.
  4. Conduct competitive and economic analysis to validate recommendations.
  5. Drive revenue and business outcomes through planning and performance accountability.
