Product Manager for Superhuman's AI-powered productivity suite, focusing on the admin and buyer experience for enterprise clients. The role involves owning the roadmap for the admin console, defining the buyer journey, and ensuring the platform meets enterprise requirements for security, compliance, and scalability. What you'd actually do

  1. Own the product roadmap for the Superhuman Suite's admin console, including user provisioning, SSO, role-based access control, billing, and cross-product settings
  2. Define and improve the end-to-end buyer journey — from trial and first purchase through onboarding, renewal, and expansion
  3. Partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance to build admin capabilities that meet enterprise requirements for data governance, auditability, and access control
  4. Work with Sales and CS to understand where admin and buyer friction slows deals or increases churn, and ship solutions that remove those blockers
  5. Build intuitive self-serve admin experiences that empower IT teams to manage Superhuman at scale while reducing support burden

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in product management
  • experience building admin, billing, or account management products in a B2B SaaS environment
  • deep understanding of enterprise IT requirements — SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, and compliance frameworks
  • experience designing for multiple distinct user types, including IT admins, end users, and procurement or finance stakeholders
  • proven ability to build simple, intuitive experiences for complex, multi-product systems
