Product Manager for Adobe GenStudio, a generative AI-first product for marketing teams to plan, build, manage, activate, and measure on-brand content. The role involves collaborating with customers and internal teams to define roadmaps, drive strategy, and deliver AI-powered content solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate closely with customers to gain deep insights into their customers' experiences, enabling them to analyze content performance for maximum personalization and optimization. Identify and clearly articulate customers' primary use cases and challenges.
  2. Collaborate heavily with teams in the US and Romania to create and drive a strategy to tackle customer problems related to content analysis. Work closely with other product managers, engineering managers, and business leaders to lead cross-organization projects. These teams will often have different perspectives, motivations, and objectives.
  3. Define the roadmap and create a detailed execution plan in conjunction with engineering and design counterparts; ensure acceptance from stakeholders on the targets
  4. Deliver the roadmap providing guidance and support to the design and engineering teams; provide feedback and critique of the design with an eye for elegance, simplification and intuitive usage. Empower engineers to prioritize and actively prune feature development and system optimization tasks.
  5. Train sales, support and consulting teams to sell and demonstrate new software. Develop documentation and academy content to support user education and knowledge of the feature. Clearly communicate the value of new features for product marketing teams.
