Senior Product Manager, AI

Webflow Webflow · Enterprise · CA · Remote · Product

Senior Product Manager to own AI across Webflow's platform, focusing on the Agent Access area including the AI Assistant, 3rd-party agents, Agent Instructions, and the underlying platform. The role involves leading the roadmap, ensuring integration, defining quality standards with evals and guardrails, serving both developers and creators, contributing to strategy, and actively participating in the building process, including coding. Requires strong experience in AI-powered systems, LLM tools, and managing non-deterministic products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the roadmap and delivery across Webflow's agent surfaces: the Webflow AI Assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions, and the AI platform underneath that powers our prompt-based agent experiences. You'll do this shoulder to shoulder with Engineering, Design, and Data.
  2. Make it all work as one. Sequence the work so the pieces reinforce each other, and build shared primitives once so they serve 1st-party and 3rd-party agents alike.
  3. Define what "good" means for products that never behave the same way twice. Set the quality bar for agent experiences and build the evals, guardrails, and metrics that hold us to it.
  4. Serve developers and creators at the same time. Balance developer-grade surfaces like MCP and APIs against an approachable assistant for visual, less-technical creators.
  5. Contribute heavily to the agent product strategy, then turn it into work that ships. You'll help shape where the area is headed and own the prioritization, tradeoffs, and the path to get there.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with real depth in AI-powered systems.
  • Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility.
  • Know where LLM-based tools shine and where they break down, from hands-on work with AI agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces.
  • Can define "good" for non-deterministic products. You've built AI or similar products and set the evals, guardrails, and success metrics that keep quality high when outputs vary from run to run.
  • Can serve two audiences at once. You've built both developer-grade tools and approachable products for less-technical creators, and hold both in view without shortchanging either.
  • Enjoy the full craft of building software. You're curious about every part of how products get made and like getting into the details wherever the work needs you, whether that's opening a pull request, leading a user interview, prototyping an idea, writing a query to pin down a metric, or writing a sharp brief.
  • Work as a peer and a thought partner.
  • Stay curious, building fluency in emerging AI to speed up both your own work and your team's.
