What you'd actually do

  2. Product Vision & Strategy: Own the product roadmap and vision for sports-related e-commerce experiences, balancing customer needs with business objectives across multiple product categories
  3. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and external partners to align stakeholders and drive execution
  4. Customer Discovery: Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into product requirements and features that delight customers
  5. Product Development: Write PR/FAQs, narratives, and business requirements; define features for catalog expansion and customization capabilities; validate product-market fit through experimentation

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products
  • Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership

Nice to have

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
