What you'd actually do

  1. Define the goal, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-grade products, including Google Cloud’s Healthcare API and Risk AI portfolios, while driving expansion into new global regions.
  2. Lead the design and specification of new features (e.g., FHIR-based APIs, medical imaging, and AML detection) by authoring comprehensive PRDs and identifying key opportunities for growth.
  3. Manage critical relationships with global banks and innovative healthcare organizations, participate in executive briefings for C-suite audiences and navigate enterprise readiness or incident response.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional data science teams to optimize model quality, recommend best practices for labeling, sampling, and AI-driven investigations.
  5. Balance feature requests and project delivery across multiple modalities using robust frameworks that weigh effort and complexity against OKRs and customer value.

Skills

Required

  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
  • Experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or Machine Learning (AI/ML)

Nice to have

  • 3 years of experience shipping AI products, and in Generative AI, large models, and balancing model quality with cost/benefit tradeoffs.
  • Experience in API design (REST/JSON) and industry-specific data standards (FHIR, HL7, ICD-10, SNOMED) or EHR systems (Epic/Cerner).
  • Experience in risk, compliance, or healthcare (Provider/Payer/Life Sciences) within frameworks like HIPAA, GxP, or financial risk governance.
  • Ability to drive goals, PRDs, and GTM strategy while managing complex cross-functional stakeholders and global launches.
  • Ability to think strategically with ambiguity, iterating for product-market fit, and presenting to C-suite audiences.
