Senior Product Manager, Auth0 Platform Infrastructure

Okta Okta · Enterprise · Toronto, ON · Product Management-810

Senior Product Manager for Auth0 Platform Infrastructure, focusing on core platform capabilities like intelligent rate limiting, data streaming, and cloud resilience, with a specific emphasis on enabling secure AI agent identity and context management (MCP) for enterprise customers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define the Platform Vision: Own the roadmap and strategic direction for key infrastructure components, ensuring alignment with Auth0’s broader platform strategy and vision.
  2. Enhance Cloud Infrastructure & Resilience: Champion initiatives related to cloud architecture, including Geo HA failover mechanisms, AWS PrivateLink implementations, and service-only failovers to guarantee "four nines" reliability.
  3. Scale AI Agent Identity & MCP: Lead the infrastructure strategy for Model Context Protocol (MCP) enablement, defining how autonomous LLMs and AI agents securely authenticate, request context, and invoke APIs using the Auth0 "Auth for MCP" framework.
  4. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver robust infrastructure features. Serve as the bridge between deeply technical engineering challenges and customer-facing value.
  5. Master Rate Limiting & Scale: Design and implement intelligent, multi-dimensional rate-limiting strategies that protect platform stability while supporting massive customer bursting capabilities and new paradigms like AI agent identities.
  6. Champion Compliance and Security: Ensure infrastructure features align with stringent security frameworks and compliance standards, building in security by design.
