The Fulfillment Automation Software team is responsible for building and scaling next-generation automation solutions across Walmart’s fulfillment network. The team focuses on 3rd party automation software and its integration with in-house Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) to enable seamless, reliable operations.
What you'll do...
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for 3rd Party automation product & software, including integration between 3rd party platforms and in-house WMS/WCS systems
- Act as the single point of contact for site operations, driving resolution of incidents, defects, and system performance issues
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Product, Vendors) to support discovery, development, and deployment of new capabilities
- Lead onsite execution of system deployments, including testing, validation, and post-deployment reporting
- Analyze system performance and stability metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous optimization
What you'll bring...
- Strong product management experience in fulfillment, supply chain, or warehouse environments
- Deep understanding of WMS/WCS systems, automation product & software platforms (e.g., ASRS), and system integrations
- Proven ability to manage incidents, prioritize competing demands, and drive execution in fast-paced onsite environments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, including vendor coordination
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze system performance and translate insights into actionable improvements

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
