Senior Product Manager for Visa Commercial Solutions, focusing on B2B travel products. This role involves supporting existing solutions and building new travel experiences, acting as a subject matter expert, engaging in technical sales, business development, and product optimization. The candidate will lead product initiatives, drive analysis, and advocate for the VCP solution, requiring strong collaboration and problem-solving skills. While not directly building AI, the role aims to leverage AI tools for product development efficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a subject matter expert across the Visa Commercial Pay solution, understanding all of its use cases, process flows, and set-up requirements.
  2. Establish strong business relationship and interaction across the regional teams (e.g., Regional product, sales, client management, country leads). Engage with them to actively assist in product training, technical sales discussions, solution enhancement evaluation and prioritization and overall optimization of the VCP solution across the region.
  3. Lead product-related initiatives or major workstreams, including managing the day-to-day VCP-related efforts, including establishing clear goals, prioritizing initiatives and working across the regional and global teams to deliver results.
  4. Drive rigorous, fact based, quantitative and qualitative analysis to support recommendations or potential scenarios, ensuring strategic and financial soundness and alignment
  5. Serve as a proactive and strong advocate for both the VCP solution and Visa Commercial Product. This involves staying actively aligned with the Global team, partnering with our third-party and balancing both global and regional priorities.

Skills

Required

  • Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry
  • Strong technical product development knowledge, with the ability to translate business and customer needs into clear technical requirements and partner effectively with engineering through design, build, and release.
  • Aptitude for ramping up quickly across product capabilities and an ability to facilitate sales discussions and related training / business development efforts.
  • Ability to independently structure, lead and execute complex enhancement and technical build projects and processes, with proven leadership success over a wide variety of functional business problems and stakeholders
  • Ability to discern the key pieces of information and needed next steps from a wide range of opinions and data points to keep moving a project forward
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor as well as attention to detail
