Description
We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run - empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide. Our GTM Platform team sits inside R&D and owns the internal technology that the entire revenue org runs on. We build the systems, workflows, and AI-powered tools that Sales reps, CSMs, and their managers use every day to acquire, grow, and retain customers.
About The Role
As a Senior PM on the GTM Platform team, you will own the internal product surfaces and technology capabilities that the entire revenue org depends on. This spans two main areas: tooling for Sales reps and CSMs (deal prep, guided workflows, AI assistance), and retention and expansion products (health signals, risk detection, in-product moments that drive customers to stay and grow).
You will work directly with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps — not as an order-taker, but as a strategic partner who identifies systemic problems and drives technical solutions end-to-end. The person we're looking for thinks at the system level, has real comfort with modern AI capabilities, and cares deeply about the quality of the internal product experience.
** WHAT YOU'LL OWN**
REP ENABLEMENT - Internal web tools that help AEs and CSMs work more effectively - AI-assisted deal prep, guided workflows, smart notifications, and next-best-action prompts.
RETENTION & EXPANSION - Product surfaces and signals that help CS teams proactively identify churn risk and drive expansion conversations at the right moment.
SYSTEMS & INTEGRATIONS - Connecting CRM, conversation intelligence, and product usage data into coherent, actionable internal workflows that reps actually use.
LLM-POWERED FEATURES - Embedding language models into rep-facing tools - summaries, call prep, objection handling, and automated follow-up - with clear quality metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, with a track record of shipping impactful web products end-to-end
- Experience building internal tools or platforms - you understand that internal users are real users with real UX expectations
- Strong business fluency - you can walk into a room with a VP of Sales or a CSM and quickly understand their operational reality
- Hands-on experience working with LLMs in product - prompt behavior, output quality tradeoffs, and when AI genuinely helps vs. adds noise
- Solid web product fundamentals - user flows, system states, edge cases, responsive behavior, and what makes a product feel fast and trustworthy
- Ability to frame and solve high-level technical problems at the system level, not just translate feature requests into tickets
- High ownership mindset - you align stakeholders, drive decisions forward, and take full accountability for outcomes
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with both qualitative discovery and quantitative product data to validate bets
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technically complex systems - APIs, event-driven architectures, automation pipelines
- Clear communicator who can translate technical complexity into crisp product decisions for both engineering teams and business leaders
- Familiarity with GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, or similar) - Nice to have
- Experience with retention or CS-focused products — churn signals, health scores, expansion triggers - Nice to have
