Monday.com Monday.com · Enterprise · Tel-Aviv, Israel · Information Technology & Data

Senior Product Manager for the GTM Platform team at monday.com, focusing on internal AI-powered tools for Sales and Customer Success teams. The role involves owning product surfaces and technology capabilities for rep enablement (deal prep, guided workflows, AI assistance) and retention/expansion (churn risk, expansion conversations). Key responsibilities include embedding LLMs into rep-facing tools, managing summaries, call prep, and objection handling, and ensuring clear quality metrics for AI features. Requires hands-on experience with LLMs in product, understanding prompt behavior, output quality tradeoffs, and building internal tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. REP ENABLEMENT - Internal web tools that help AEs and CSMs work more effectively - AI-assisted deal prep, guided workflows, smart notifications, and next-best-action prompts.
  2. RETENTION & EXPANSION - Product surfaces and signals that help CS teams proactively identify churn risk and drive expansion conversations at the right moment.
  3. SYSTEMS & INTEGRATIONS - Connecting CRM, conversation intelligence, and product usage data into coherent, actionable internal workflows that reps actually use.
  4. LLM-POWERED FEATURES - Embedding language models into rep-facing tools - summaries, call prep, objection handling, and automated follow-up - with clear quality metrics.
