Senior Product Manager - Cloudflare One Appliance

Cloudflare Cloudflare · Enterprise · Austin, TX, Mexico City, MX · Product

Product Manager for Cloudflare One Appliance, a hardware/virtual appliance for network connectivity. The role involves owning the vision and execution, with a strong emphasis on using AI to automate traffic steering, collapse configurations, and build AI-assisted, autonomous, and self-healing systems. Requires technical credibility in networking and AI fluency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the Appliance roadmap: Define priorities, make tradeoffs, and maintain a clear view of what we’re building and why.
  2. Own the Appliance vendor relationship: Work with our Lifecycle Service Provider (LSP) and GTM teams to ensure a seamless buying experience for sales, patterns, and customers.
  3. Define and track success metrics: Establish measurable outcomes for our product and the outcomes our customers are driving towards.
  4. Write PRDs and specs: Author clear product documentation that frames the problem, success criteria, and constraints—while leaving room for engineering to determine the best approach.
  5. Partner with engineering leadership: Collaborate on quarterly planning, staffing allocation, and cross-team dependencies.
