What you'd actually do

  1. Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Command Center, spanning usage and adoption analytics, administrative controls, and organizational governance.
  2. Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive admin experiences that meet the operational needs of large enterprise customers.
  3. Engage directly with enterprise customers, customer success, and sales teams to deeply understand admin pain points, reporting and governance requirements, and integration needs — and translate those insights into high-impact product investments.
  4. Establish and track key metrics for platform adoption, admin efficiency, and governance coverage, using data to inform prioritization and measure success.
  5. Design the dashboards, reporting, and controls that turn product usage data into actionable visibility for customer administrators and internal leadership.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent building B2B SaaS products for large enterprise customers.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise admin, analytics, and governance domains such as usage reporting, identity management (SSO, SCIM, RBAC), audit logging, and access controls.
  • A technical background or a strong desire to go deep on engineering design and trade-offs.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise environments, working with security, compliance, and IT stakeholders to deliver products that satisfy rigorous organizational requirements.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and the ability to articulate a clear product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A track record of shipping high-quality products end-to-end, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration, in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
